In collaboration with the Astronomical Society of Kansas City and the Hi Lonesome Chapter of Missouri Master Naturalists, Knob Noster State Park will present three night sky viewing programs at the Shawnee Group Camp during the spring and summer of 2023. In each program, participants will have an opportunity experience the vanishing night skies while learning how to protect and preserve them.

Program Dates and Times:
  • April 21 at 8:30 p.m.
  • June 30 at 9 p.m.
  • Aug. 4 at 9 p.m.
