Join the historic site interpreter for a historical chocolate demonstration on Saturday, Feb. 12. Discover the art of chocolate making and its role on the traditions of Valentine's Day in the 19th century. Visitors will observe each step of the chocolate making process, from cacao pod to flavored chocolate. This event is free and open to the public.
