Rural Heritage Day

Rural Heritage Day is a celebration of history, reverie and reminiscence dedicated to the hardworking founders of Ste. Genevieve. See how it used to be done – whether it’s farming, cooking, spinning, lace making, leather working, soap making, wood carving, gardening or good old-fashioned games.

Musicians Rick Thum and Dennis Stroughmatt will perform in the backyard of the historic site from 10 a.m. to noon and 1 p.m. to 3 p.m., respectively. 

This event is free and open to the public.
