The best time of day to view birds is early in the morning, and the best time of year is when the migration is in full swing! Join the naturalist at Cuivre River State Park to take an early bird hike along Lakeside Trail. Bring your binoculars to get the best chance of seeing one of the many birds that flock to the park for the summer.
Lakeside Trail is an easy 3.5-mile hike around Lake Lincoln. Participants should meet the naturalist at the beach parking lot and dress for the weather.
