Bald Eagle Viewing

12/21/2019 | Roaring River State Park | Cassville, MO

Join us on Saturday, Dec. 21 to watch for bald eagles along Roaring River. When water sources in the north freeze, bald eagles migrate south to find food and water. What better place for an eagle to visit than Roaring River State Park?

Come watch a movie about our national symbol, and participate in eagle-themed activities. You are encouraged to bring binoculars and spotting scopes in order to get a closer look at these magnificent birds. Be sure to dress appropriately for the weather, and bring water and snacks. This program is free and open to the public.
