Wake up bright and early to enjoy a guided sunrise hike. Participants will meet at the Buteo trailhead at 6:30 a.m. and hike 1 mile. The trailhead is located by Lake Buteo, across the street from the campground and down the road from the visitor center. The trail is dirt-surface, has a water crossing and is briefly along a park road.
This hike is good for all ages and is expected to last about 1 ½ hours. Participants should protect themselves by wearing sunscreen and insect repellent.
Hike Time: 6:30 a.m. - 8 a.m.
