Zombies, vampires, ghosts and hauntings - these creatures and happenings are the spooky staples of Halloween stories. Countless terrifying tales draw from the natural world, making many a camper wary of the woods, and nervous of the night.
Join us around the campfire at the special-use area (signs will be posted) as we share some of these eerie stories, the amazing truth behind them and some delicious s’mores. Make sure to bring a flashlight, a camp chair and weather appropriate clothing. Family-friendly Halloween costumes are welcome. Children under 15 must be accompanied by an adult.
