Join us at the Montauk Spring parking lot for this rare winter program! You will learn how to identify and tap maple trees, collect the sap and make pure maple syrup. The program starts at 9 a.m. and lasts approximately two hours. Dress appropriately for the weather as it if often cool and breezy this time of year.
