10/27/2018 | Missouri State Museum | Jefferson City, MO
Come join our Mad Scientist Schwartze in his lab for some Halloween fun! We will be reading traditional American scary stories from Alvin Schwartz’s “Scary Stories to Tell in the Dark” as well as some Ozark-based stories, plus the true story of Missouri’s own Mad Doctor McDowell. This program is appropriate for children ages 8 to 12 and their families. We will also have some Halloween-themed crafts and science experiments. The lab will be set up in the classroom area of the History Hall. Halloween costumes are welcome!
