Explore the concepts of Leave No Trace at the park, which is one of 10 Leave No Trace Gold Standard sites in the country.
This program will meet once a week, on Saturdays, for seven weeks in the air conditioned park visitor center. Participants who attend at least five of the seven Leave No Trace programs will win a prize!
Each program will consist of a presentation and discussion on one of the Leave No Trace principles followed by an activity. Activities could include brief hikes, interactive games or a craft.
Programs are good for any individual of any age or skill set; all are welcome.
