Come to the park for a program about historic preservation in celebration of National Preservation Month. Van Meter State Park has several historically significant structures and archaeological sites. Without a focus on preservation, these treasured aspects of our park would not be available for future generations to admire and learn from. This program will be held in the Missouri’s American Indian Cultural Center classroom.
