Celebrate the beginning of 2018 at one of Missouri State Park's most significant archaeological sites. Take a 0.7-mile, moderately difficult interpretative hike with naturalist Lorie Volenburg as she guides you along two of Graham Cave State Park's most popular trails: Fern Ridge and Graham Cave. Hikers will learn about the cultural history and lifestyles of the Indigenous peoples who once occupied Graham Cave and the surrounding forests and river valleys.
Wear comfortable hiking shoes and dress in layers. Refreshments will be provided after the hike.
Hike time: 10 a.m. - Noon
Meeting Location: Lower Picnic Area Shelter House
