Bead Jewelry Class

Learn the Peyote stitch that was often used by Native Americans in Missouri. Julia J. Burgess will begin teaching a beaded autumn leaf pendant necklace course at 9 a.m. in the nature center classroom. All materials are included to create and take home this autumn themed jewelry. Students younger than age 10 must have an adult guardian present. There is a fee of $25 for this class, and preregistration is required. For more information, contact the nature center at 417-532-7006.
