Join us to celebrate the birth the only U.S. president born in Missouri, Harry S Truman. Missouri State Parks and the Barton County Chamber of Commerce will collaboratively hold this Truman Day event. The event will include WWI and WWII reenactors. Highlights of the event include more than 50 craft, goods and produce vendors; a baby show; a Harry and Bess toddler show; a 5K and 10K run; music entertainment; kids activities; period performances including a Harry S Truman impersonator; wagon rides; and cake to the public to celebrate Truman’s 133rd birthday.
