Artist Talk: Overcoming Stigma

The Missouri State Museum is hosting this artist talk in conjunction with the Rozier Gallery exhibit “Overcoming Stigma.” Clients at Fulton State Hospital created the artwork in the exhibit to raise awareness of mental illness. The talk with take visitors on a journey through the art and discover new stories and points of view on life. The artist talk will be held in the Missouri State Museum’s History Hall, on the first floor in the east wing of the Missouri Capitol.

Following the talk, visitors are encouraged to see the exhibit and attend a reception hosted by the Friends of the Missouri State Museum at the Rozier Gallery, which is part of Jefferson Landing State Historic Site, located at 100 Jefferson St.
