The Missouri State Museum will host photographer Jerry Benner to discuss his exhibition, “Society’s Memories,” currently on display at the Rozier Gallery. The exhibit includes photographs of all of Missouri’s county courthouses, and one in the City of St. Louis. These buildings play important roles in our communities as centers of justice, meeting places and memorials.
Discover the art, architecture and memory storied in these buildings. The artist’s talk will be held in the History Hall, first floor, east wing of the Missouri state Capitol. Following the talk, the museum invites visitors to see the exhibition in the Rozier Gallery, Jefferson Landing State Historic Site, 100 Jefferson St., where the artist will be available to answer questions.
