Prehistoric Missouri

11/6/2015 | Missouri State Museum | Jefferson City, MO

For one night only, the Missouri State Museum will be transformed into prehistoric Missouri.  Witness volcanos ready to erupt, explore a shallow sea, walk with the dinosaurs, and dig for fossils. Guest interpreters from other Missouri museums and state historic sites will join visitors as we explore the states primordial past. Tours of Prehistoric Missouri will run every 30 minutes beginning at 6 p.m. There will be hands-on activities throughout the evening. Click here to read the news release.

The event will be held in the first floor of the Missouri State Capitol Rotunda and in the adjacent Resources Hall of the Missouri State Museum.
