9/12/2015 | Cuivre River State Park | Troy, MO
Join park staff at Camp Cuivre group camp to celebrate bees and other pollinators of Missouri. Pollinators keep our natural areas healthy and help us by pollinating our food plants. Let's show them how much we appreciate all of their hard work! There will be special guest beekeepers with live honeybees for you to see up close. Taste some honey made by the bees, and watch them as they care for the hive. This event will also feature bee-and insect-related crafts and games. All activities will take place in Camp Cuivre near the dining hall. In case of rain, activities will be moved inside. Camp Cuivre is located in the park, just off of Lincoln Hills Drive.
