Kids free fishing tags can be picked up at the registration booth the night before the event from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. or all day Saturday during the event. All kids must pick up their tag before fishing. No daily trout fishing tag fee will be required for children ages 15 and under on this day. A special designated fishing area will be provided for children; however, kids can fish anywhere in the park. For more information call Montauk State Fish Hatchery at 573-548-2585.
