Birdhouses for Joplin

3/3/2012 | Ha Ha Tonka State Park | Camdenton, MO

Attend a birdhouse-building party! Missouri State Parks is partnering with Wildcat Glades Conservation and Audubon Center to aid in the recovery effort of Joplin through the Audubon's Operation Backyard Recovery program. Materials and tools will be provided that day to build a birdhouse that will be given to residents in tornado-damaged areas.

Meet at the visitor center porch. If it is too cold, meet at the visitor center and then head to the maintenance shop area. Preregistration is highly recommended so that enough supplies will be available.
