5/5/2012 | Big Oak Tree State Park | East Prairie, MO
Spend an amazing moon-filled evening at Big Oak Tree State Park and learn about the wild creatures and interesting natural phenomena that occur during the night. As we slowly stroll along the elevated boardwalk, we will listen to the night sounds and have fun with a few activities that will test your senses. Night time in the forests and swamps can be a scary place, but when you learn about the animals that are out there, it can be a great and educational time to explore with family and friends. Meet at the Big Oak Tree Interpretive Center parking lot and we will hike approximately 1.5 miles on the boardwalk. Click here to read the news release.
