Seniors to Parks

Remember how much fun summer camp used to be? Ever wish you could go back and do it all again? Well, you can with our Seniors to Parks program! This one-day event lets you go back and be a kid again with hands-on activities, classes, and historical crafts and skills. Activities will include The History of Tea (a tea party program), a mosaics pottery class, Amazing Missouri Places by Marty Koch and a tour of First Missouri State Capitol State Historic Site.

This event is free for seniors, and registration is required. Lunch will be provided to all who register. Activities will take place in the historic site's backyard and interpretive center and at the Greater St. Charles Convention and Visitors Bureau, adjacent to the site.

Seniors to Parks is a cooperative event between Missouri Parks Association and Missouri State Parks.
