9/15/2024 | Mastodon State Historic Site | Imperial, MO
Were early humans smaller than us? Did they cut their hair? Did they all live in caves? We'll test our knowledge on these subjects and more. Our archaeological interpreter, Emily, will guide us through the answers to these questions and explain how archaeologists respond. All of the information will be presented in an engaging and digestible format, making this activity appropriate for all ages.
Archaeology Myth-Busters is a free interpretive program that is part of our Missouri Archaeology Month celebrations. It will take place in the museum auditorium, located at 1050 Charles J. Becker Drive in Imperial. All are welcome, and there is no need to register.
