Community Day

6/15/2024 | Stockton State Park | Dadeville, MO

Stockton State Park is excited to be hosting a Community Day near the showerhouse and the playground in the East Campground. This free event will feature games, activities and information for everyone!

Does the weather fascinate you? Visit the National Weather Service table. Do you like following clues to find items that are hidden along trails or in the woods? Visit the geocache table. Do you or someone you know have limited mobility? Visit the Missouri State Parks table with the new track chair that can be used at select parks and historic sites.

There will also be tables with information about the U.S. Corps of Engineers, the Missouri State Park Rangers, and owls, as well as a sensory station table and a coloring/activity book table.

During this event, attendees can participate in a scavenger hunt in which they will need to visit each table. Immediately following the Community Day event, staff will lead an owl prowl.
