4/8/2024 | Eleven Point State Park
Representatives from Missouri State Parks invite the public to celebrate the 2024 total solar eclipse on Monday, April 8, from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. at Eleven Point State Park. In conjunction with the celebration, a conceptual development planning open house and an open house-style public meeting will be held for the park. Representatives from Missouri State Parks will be on hand to provide information about the park and answer questions.
As the long-range plan for the park is developed, the public is encouraged to come learn more about the planning process, ask questions, and provide input regarding future park use and development. A 30-day comment period will begin on April 7, with a survey available online at mostateparks.com/CDP. For more information about conceptual development planning, click here.
Eleven Point State Park is located at 10418 state Highway Y, in Couch, Missouri. The park is currently closed to the public.

Event time: 11 a.m. - 4 p.m.
Input from the public is important to Missouri State Parks. Annual public meetings are being held for all state parks and historic sites and help create two-way communication with the public. The meetings give representatives the opportunity to let people know the current statuses and future plans for the parks and sites, and they offer visitors the opportunity to comment on the facilities.
