Wakonda State Park will be hosting a Spooktacular Halloween event in the Boulder Lake and Wakonda Lake campgrounds. Registered campers may choose to participate in the campsite decorating contest, for which prizes will be awarded to the top three campsites. There will also be campsite trick-or-treating that is open to the public.
ATTENTION: Trick-or-treating participants will park at the Wakonda Beach parking lot and be transported to the Boulder Lake Campground by tram to avoid traffic congestion and for the safety of our participants.
Regular camping fees apply. Campsite reservations can be made online or by calling 877-422-6766.
