Spring Hike

4/6/2019 | Bennett Spring State Park | Lebanon, MO

Join park staff on an exploration of Spring Trail. This hike will be a little over a mile on Spring Trail and then loop around Bennett Spring to the nature center. This hike will begin at the nature center.  Participants will see the fish hatchery, historic Civilian Conservation Corps Gauge House and the Hanging Fen Natural Area. Views of the spring, fishing activities and wildlife will be a fun activity for all.

This hike is a great family activity that can also include the family pet. If pets join us, please have them on a leash. The trail is next to the spring and has various critter holes and evidence of water erosion.  Small children will need the guidance of their parents during this hike.
