Want to learn how to cook a full dinner with all the fixings outdoors? When you go camping or to a family reunion at the river, you don't have to eat cold chicken and bologna sandwiches. With a good set of Dutch ovens, you can create gourmet dinners in the outdoor as good or better than anything you can do at home in your kitchen. Not only is the food good, but it is a great family activity you can all do together. Park staff will be demonstrating how to fix a full dinner with roast chicken, cornbread, side dishes and desert. So, if you would like to learn a great outdoor skill that is a lot of fun, set this date in your calendar.
