Join the park naturalist for this First Day Hike on Devil’s Kitchen Trail. We will be hiking briefly through a glade and down into an area known as the Promenade before finishing the loop through the Colisseum Sinkhole. Along the way, we will pass the Devil’s Kitchen Cave, the Ha Ha Tonka Post Office and the natural bridge. This trail will take approximately 1.75 hours to complete and portions of it are rugged.
Jan. 1 has the potential to be very cold, so dress accordingly. Please let us know if you plan to attend by calling the park office at 573-346-2986.
Hike time: 9 a.m. - 10:45 a.m.
Meeting Location: Turkey Pen Hollow Trail Parking Lot
