This hike has been canceled due to the predicted low temperatures.
Celebrate Jan. 1, 2018, by taking a guided hike on a section of the Katy Trail and Rock Island Spur with the park superintendent. The 1-to-2-mile hike will allow participants to enjoy a partial section of the Rock Island Spur in Windsor.
You will have an opportunity to learn about the Rock Island Spur's creation and operations with the chance to see some wildlife, as well as ask questions during the hike. Please bring a water bottle.
The degree of difficulty will be easy. You can bring your pet, but make sure you have a leash. Children under the age of 12 need a parent or guardian.
