Fall Fun Event

Join in the fun at Wallace State Park at the annual Fall Fun Event. This year's activities include:

  • 2 p.m. - A trail hiking adventure called Find the Pumpkin. Hikers who find the hidden pumpkins on the trails will win a special prize. 
  • 4 p.m. - Fruits of Fall presentation. See if you can name the nut! 
  • 6:30 p.m. - Halloween Campsite Decorating and Pumpkin Carving Contest Judging.  Campers are encouraged to transform their campsites with lights and decorations for our annual Halloween Campsite Decorating Contest.  Please keep decorations family-friendly and safe for people and wildlife. Visitors are encouraged to walk through the campgrounds to view campsite displays. Bring your pumpkin to the campground amphitheater for judging.
  • 7 p.m. - Halloween Storytelling Presentation. Listen to spooky stories under the stars!
  • 7:30 p.m. - Campsite Decorating and Pumpkin Carving Contest Awards. The park will serve treats for everyone. 

Meet at the campground amphitheater for all activities. All park programs are free and open to the public.

Event times: 2 p.m. - 8 p.m.
