5/26/2013 | Knob Noster State Park | Knob Noster, MO
Local amateur astronomers will have their telescopes set up so visitors can learn about the night sky. Three planets form a triangle low in the western sky just after sunset this evening. As the sky darkens, Saturn shows off its rings system, and then we'll search for the "Star Gate" and many other fine sights.
Bring something to sit on. Insect repellent is recommended. The event will be canceled if the sky is overcast or it is raining. To find out if the event is canceled, please go to the Knob Noster State Park Facebook page.
Event time: 8:30 p.m. - 10:30 p.m.
