Owen Collection of Native American Beadwork

This tour will feature Native American beadwork that was collected by Mary Alicia Owen. Come see the beautiful pieces and learn about this amazing Missouri woman, who became a well-known folklorist and anthropologist in the late 19th and early 20th centuries.

This is one of a series of "It's Your History" behind-the-scenes events/tours that the Missouri State Museum provides the last Friday of the month from June through October.
