Burn Ban in Effect at Shannon County Parks Until Further Notice
A Stage 2 burn ban is in effect for Current River and Echo Bluff state parks, as well as the trails of Roger Pryor Pioneer Backcountry. This restriction prohibits all outdoor fires, including campfires, and other open-flame conditions. It includes solo stoves and propane fire pits. The ban will remain in place until further notice.
Gas lanterns, contained charcoal fires with cover, and liquid- and gas-fueled stoves remain authorized.

This symbol indicates that the specified area is fully compliant with Americans with Disabilities Act Accessibility Guidelines (ADAAG).
Lodge, Cabins, Campground, Dining, Picnic Areas, Playground
All facilities were designed and constructed to conform with the ADA. Certain campsites, cabins and lodge rooms are designated as meeting the minimum level of accessibility standards as determined by the ADA.
Trails
Trails may not conform, but the trailheads do. There, guests will find “You May Encounter” signs that detail trail conditions.
Old Camp Zoe Lodge
The old Camp Zoe lodge is not open. No changes have been made to it – for accessibility or other structural improvements.
Cemetery
The cemetery is in its original condition. No changes have been made to improve or impede accessibility. Available parking is convenient.
