Remember how much fun summer camp used to be? Ever wish you could go back and do it all again? Well, you can with our Seniors to Parks program! This annual one-day event, co-sponsored by the Missouri Parks Association, is designed for seniors and features hands-on activities, classes, and historical crafts and skills.

This year's event will take place from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Tuesday, Oct. 6. Activities may include basket weaving, watercolor painting, Dutch oven cooking and more. Weather permitting, all activities will take place in the backyard of the historic site.

Registration

This event is free for seniors, but registration is required. Please call the historic site at 636-940-3323 to register. The registration deadline is Sept. 11, 2026. Lunch will be provided for all registrants.
