Temporary Hours of Operation

Tours at Nathan and Olive Boone Homestead State Historic Site are available Wednesday through Saturday at 11 a.m., 1:30 p.m. and 3 p.m. and Sundays at 1:30 p.m. and 3 p.m.

Regular Hours

Summer Hours (On-Season)
April 1 through Oct. 31

  • 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., Wednesday through Saturday
  • 1 p.m. to 4 p.m., Sunday
  • The site is closed on Mondays and Tuesdays.

Winter Hours (Off-Season)
November through March

  • 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., Friday and Saturday
  • 1 p.m. to 4 p.m., Sunday
  • The site is closed Monday through Thursday.

The historic site is closed on Thanksgiving, the day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Day and Easter Sunday.
