St. Joe State Park

Park Grounds:

  • April through September (On-Season)
    7 a.m. to 8 p.m., daily
  • October through March (Off-Season)
    7 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily

Gates to day-use areas, which include the off-road vehicle riding area, lakes and Pim day-use area, open and close at these times. Trailheads, including paved bicycle/walking trails and equestrian trails, close at sunset.

Monsanto Lake Beach

ORV Contact Station

    7 a.m. to 6 p.m., daily
  • Winter Hours (Off-Season)
    October through March
    7 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturdays and Sundays 

ORV Staging Area

  • Summer Hours (On-Season)
    April through September 
    7 a.m. to 8 p.m., daily 
    ORV sales stop at 6 p.m.
    Permits must be purchased two hours prior to riding area closure.
  • Winter Hours (Off-Season)
    October through March
    7 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily 
    ORV sales stop at 3 p.m. 
    Permits must be purchased two hours prior to riding area closure.
