On the following days (actual or observed), staff will not be available and park buildings will be closed: Thanksgiving Day; Nov. 28, 2025; Christmas Eve; Christmas Day; New Year’s Eve; New Year’s Day; Martin Luther King Jr. Day; Lincoln’s Birthday; and Washington's Birthday.

Park Grounds

The park gate opens and closes at these times:

April through October
7 a.m. to 10 p.m., daily

November through March
7 a.m. to 9 p.m., daily

Fisher Cave

Educational Cave Tours:

  • Available April 25 through Oct. 15

2025 Regular Cave Tours:

  • May 17-18: 1 p.m. and 3 p.m.
  • May 24-26 (Memorial Day weekend): 11:30 a.m., 1 p.m. and 3 p.m.
  • June-August: 9:30 a.m., 11:30 a.m., 1 p.m. and 3 p.m., daily
  • Sept. 1 (Labor Day): 11:30 a.m., 1 p.m. and 3 p.m.
  • Sept. 6-7: 1 p.m. and 3 p.m.
  • Closed to regular cave tours Sept. 8-May 16 and on all other dates not listed above

Tours can be reserved online on our reservation website or can be purchased on demand at the Fisher Cave building, located near the cave entrance. For more information, contact the park at 573-468-6072.
