On the following days (actual or observed), staff will not be available and park buildings will be closed: Thanksgiving Day; Nov. 28, 2025; Christmas Eve; Christmas Day; New Year’s Eve; New Year’s Day; Martin Luther King Jr. Day; Lincoln’s Birthday; and Washington's Birthday.

Park Grounds

The park gate opens and closes at these times:

April through October
7 a.m. to 10 p.m., daily

November through March
7 a.m. to 9 p.m., daily

Fisher Cave

2026 Fisher Cave Seasons and Hours

Educational Cave Tours:

  • Available April 18 through Oct. 15

Regular Cave Tours:

  • May 16 and 17: 1 p.m. and 3 p.m.
  • May 23-25 (Memorial Day weekend): 11:30 a.m., 1 p.m. and 3 p.m.
  • June through August: 9:30 a.m., 11:30 a.m., 1 p.m. and 3 p.m., daily
  • Sept. 5-7 (Labor Day weekend): 11:30 a.m., 1 p.m. and 3 p.m.
  • Sept. 12 and 13: 1 p.m. and 3 p.m.
  • Closed to regular cave tours Sept. 14-May 14 and on all other dates not listed above

Fisher Cave Tour Reservations

Tours can be reserved online on our reservation website or can be purchased on demand at the Fisher Cave building, located near the cave entrance. For more information, contact the park at 573-468-6072.
