Salt of the Earth: The Foodways of Enslaved Persons

Missouri State Museum interpreter Lydia Peifer will be on-site on Friday, June 19, to give this presentation about the foodways of enslaved people. The presentation will take place inside the visitor center starting at 2 p.m. It will last approximately 90 minutes.

Admission to the event is free and open to the public. There is no need to register.
