Geminid Meteor Shower

Bundle up and cozy up to the fire and watch nature's light show. There will be a little bit of everything to do while waiting on the meteors to start streaking across the sky. 

Event schedule:

1 p.m. and 3 p.m. – Gingerbread Classes

Join lodge staff for a gingerbread class. There is no need to register, but there is a class fee. For pricing information and more details, contact the lodge at 573-531-7002.

5-7 p.m. - Live Music

Relax in the Great Room of the lodge as Kirk Pierce serenades you with original songs and seasonal classics. For more information about this part of the event, contact Connie at 573-751-1224.

6:30-7:30 p.m. - Refreshments Under the Stars

Enjoy s'mores and hot chocolate at the fire pit behind the lodge. For more information about this part of the event, contact Connie at 573-751-1224.

Later in the evening - Meteor Shower Viewing

Meet behind the lodge to witness this cosmic spectacle. The shower can be seen with the naked eye, so there is no need to bring telescopes or binoculars.
