Full Moon Hike

at Crowder State Park

Join Crowder State Park staff on the night of Friday, May 1, for a guided hike under the full moon. We will meet at the Camp Grand River Recreation Hall at 8 p.m. before departing for this hike along portions of Tall Oaks Trail. We will discuss nocturnal animal behavior and facts about the moon. 

Tall Oaks Trail consists of natural surfaces -- be sure to wear sturdy hiking shoes. You are also welcome to bring a flashlight, but our path should be well illuminated by the moon.
