Help spot and count birds for this national citizen science project. We will meet at the North Ridge Trail trailhead and then stroll along Bear Creek and Weston Bluffs trails in search of all the birds we can find!
Participants are encouraged to dress for the weather, wear sturdy shoes, and bring binoculars if they have them. A limited supply of binoculars will be available at the event.
This program is free, open to the public, and suitable for both expert and novice birders. In the event of inclement weather, including temperatures below 20 degrees, the program will be canceled. For more information, call the park office at 816-640-5443.
