First Day Hike

Join Bennett Spring State Park staff for a guided First Day Hike on Savanna Ride Trail. This 2.5-mile loop trail is considered easy, although it has some inclines and rocky and muddy surfaces. The hike will lead visitors along an open woodland burn unit and show the importance of prescribed fire in the park.

Participants should wear appropriate footwear and bring water and snacks as necessary. Pets are allowed but must be kept on a leash.
