Whitewater Bluegrass Band in Concert

Enjoy the entertaining concert of great music, fun company and a little comedy from the Whitewater Bluegrass Band at Sam A. Baker State Park. Sponsored by the Missouri Department of Natural Resources, the concert will begin at 7 p.m. and is free and open to the public.

Whitewater is an upbeat bluegrass band that plays old traditional and new bluegrass music. The band has performed at many area venues, including Sam A. Baker State Park, Trail of Tears State Park, Bollinger Mill State Historic Site, the East Perry County Fair and numerous local events. Whitewater plays traditional bluegrass and gospel with a little humor included. So come on down and enjoy a good old-fashioned toe-tappin’ time. 

The concert will be held at the park amphitheater, located behind the visitor center. Seating is limited, so you are encouraged to bring a lawn chair or blanket.
