Friday Spring Fling Wildflower Hike

Crowder State Park is hosting a series of Friday Spring Fling Wildflower Hikes in April and May. Join park staff on one or more of these hikes to get some exercise and learn about the park's wildflowers.

Hikes Schedule: 
  • April 5 – 2 miles on Redbud Trail. Meet at the campground amphitheater.
  • April 12 – 2 miles on River Forks Trail. Meet at the lake parking lot.
  • April 19 – 3.2 miles on Tall Oaks Trail. Meet at the Shelter 3 parking lot.
  • April 26 – 3.8 miles on the North Loop of Thompson Trail. Meet at the equestrian parking lot.
  • May 3 – 2 miles on Redbud Trail. Meet at the campground amphitheater.
  • May 10 – 3.8 miles on the North Loop of Thompson Trail. Meet at the equestrian parking lot.
  • May 17 – 3.4 miles on Tall Oaks Trail. Meet at the lake parking lot.
  • May 24 – 2 miles on River Forks Trail. Meet at the lake parking lot.

These hikes are free and open to the public, and there is no need to register. Participants should wear comfortable clothing and appropriate footwear for the weather conditions. Bringing water and snacks is also encouraged.
