Honeysuckle Roundup!

6/23/2024 | Dr. Edmund A. Babler Memorial State Park | Wildwood, MO

Join us at the enclosed shelter for two hours of volunteer service in removing bush honeysuckle from the area around the shelter. We will supply loppers, gloves, glasses, and the chemical needed for treating this highly invasive plant. All you need to bring is water and a pair of closed-toe shoes.

Volunteers are not required to stay all two hours; however, we would love all the help we can get in protecting our park from this invader.

For more information, call the park naturalist at 636-324-7064.

Event time: 10 a.m. - noon
