Honeysuckle Roundup

3/30/2024 | Dr. Edmund A. Babler Memorial State Park | Wildwood, MO

Join us for two hours of volunteer service in removing invasive bush honeysuckle from the area around Virginia Day Trail. We will supply loppers, gloves, glasses, and the chemical needed for treating these highly invasive plants. All you need to bring is water and a pair of closed-toe shoes.

Volunteers are not required to stay all two hours; however, we would love all the help we can get in protecting our park from this invader.

For more information, call the park naturalist at 636-324-7064. Meet at the visitor center.

Event time: 10 a.m. - noon
