Living History Saturdays and Event Passport

4/9/2022 to 9/24/2022 | Battle of Pilot Knob State Historic Site | Pilot Knob, MO

This spring and summer, the historic site will host a special event every month from April to September on a Saturday. Site staff members will be in their period dress and will offer special guided tours of the fort and the battlefield. The site will also host special presentations from reenactors and historical skills demonstrators. Each month will feature a new topic related to the Battle of Pilot Knob and the Civil War.

As an added bonus, we will be offering an event passport free of charge to people who want to attend all six events and get the opportunity to receive a VIP pass for the next reenactment, to be held in September 2024. Visitors who attend all six events will get their name in the drawing for six special VIP passes for the reenactment.

Check our special events calendar for each month’s date and topic to plan your visit or come to all six. Each month will have its own announcement telling you what we will be offering and which Saturday it will be held on.
