THIS HIKE HAS BEEN CANCELED DUE TO LACK OF REGISTRATION!
Celebrate Jan. 1, 2020 by taking a guided hike on a section of the Rock Island Spur and the Katy Trail with the park superintendent. This 1-mile hike will allow participants to enjoy a section of the Rock Island and Katy Trail in Windsor.
During the hike, you will have an opportunity to learn about the Rock Island Spur's creation and operations, and you will get a chance to see some wildlife ask questions. The degree of difficulty will be easy. Pets are allowed on the hike, but they must be kept on a leash. Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
We will depart from the Windsor Trailhead at 1 p.m. Please bring a water bottle.
IMPORTANT: Registration is required for this hike. Please call 660-563-2463 by 4:30 pm on Friday, Dec. 27, 2019 to register for this hike.
