Cuivre River Volunteer Meeting

2/19/2019 | Cuivre River State Park | Troy, MO

Join us for our monthly volunteer meeting at the park’s visitor center.  This meeting is for existing volunteers and anyone wishing to learn more about becoming a volunteer at the park.  Staff will update volunteers on upcoming volunteer projects and opportunities, as well as give a sneak peak into events for the 2019 season. Each month will feature a mini program to help volunteers learn more about the park's resources or become better trained in certain areas. The topic for February will be "recognizing invasive species," with special emphasis on garlic mustard and bush honeysuckle.  For information about the volunteer meeting or to learn more about volunteer opportunities, call the park office at 636-528-7247 or visit the events listing on the park Facebook page at
